Additional Returns Guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

The return time depends on your country. (10-15 days)

Please note that menstrual cups of proper quality are non-refundable items. You will not be able to return them.
Return conditions
Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at hello@yoyuu.shop with the tracking number once shipped.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date or 7 days from the date of receiving the order. . Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.


Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Is it possible to return lingerie if a defect is discovered?
If any defects are found in the purchased lingerie, you can return/exchange the item. Defects may include:
  • Sloppy stitching in the seams of the underwear;
  • Uneven color (if the "unevenness" is not intentional by the designer);
  • Missing buttons;
  • If the lingerie has torn along the seams during the first wear or during delivery.

If you want to exchange the item for the same item in a different color or size (or for a different item), you need to contact us by email at hello@yoyuu.shop with the subject "return". Please refer to the detailed information above.

We will be able to process the return only after we receive your package at our warehouse in Israel. The return shipment and subsequent processing may take up to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition, with all tags and in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition or after 7/30 days from the return period allowed by us, we reserve the right not to refund the money. If you wish to have the item returned to you, we may ask you to pay for the shipping cost.
All returned items are manually inspected.
You are responsible for the safety of the items until they are returned to our warehouse. Please ensure proper packaging of the items to prevent damage during shipping.
We are not responsible for any items or other items that were returned to us by mistake. If you want us to return them to you, we may ask you to cover the cost of shipping.

If you wish to receive a refund for your item but cannot send it back to us for some reason, then the refund will be made at our discretion.

  • If you do not wish to send back the item with minor defects to our warehouse, we have options for compensation, such as discounts or partial refunds. If you change your mind about the return or want to modify your request, please contact us.
You can request a full refund or exchange the defective item for the exact same item of proper quality or for a different item from the lingerie assortment. If the item you want to exchange your defective item for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the difference in price to you.

Refunds
This process can take up to 7-10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
